Also, I will do my best to fight for a position to join the squad in Grand Tours. I know it would not be easy, as we are becoming stronger and stronger now. I would like to thank all the team members, sponsors and all the fans who have been supporting me,” says Feng with expectation for his upcoming season.
“It’s been really fast 2 years; I am happy to be part of the team in 2019. For me, Team Bahrain Merida is a big family now. In the next season, I will prove myself to be a rider in Grand Tour level, this is the goal I have always been aiming for. Thank you for all the team members, our sponsors, and my family, also for those people who gave strength and support. I will do my best in return,” says Wang after 2 successful season with Team Bahrain Merida.
From our general manager Brent Copeland:
“I have been working with CK for 4 years now, it is hard to find an rider as dedicated as CK that puts so much into his racing, he has improved every year since 2014 when he started his pro career in Europe and his maturity can definitely be seen with the way he has improved, we are continuously working with the trainers and technical staff to find the best race program that suits him and hopefully this will be the year where we will see CK riding in even more WorldTour races than the past, as a rider this is what he definitely deserves and we working constantly with the trainers and technical staff to help him reach his goals.”
“Mei-Yin has been an absolute pleasure to work with this year and for this reason we are very pleased to announce him staying with us for yet another season, Mei-Yin has shown continuous improvement on the team and we feel he has lots of room for improvement, at Bahrain Merida we will support him in anyway necessary to keep growing and learning as we have seen how much interest and sacrifice he puts into his training and racing.”
